Registration Policies 

Understating our registration policies is highly important for parents to minimize inconvenience matters during the registration procedures. Please read the following steps carefully, feel free to contact us for any questions.

On-line registration policy

registration or Register Now" for program registration.

First come first serve policy

Due to limited spaces, juniors may be onto the wait list.

If space becomes available, juniors on the wait list will be contacted in the order they were received. Also, the wait lists are reviewed on 

a regular basis to determine the additional class sessions or increased class sizes.

Schedule policy

When the assigned class does not fit your schedule,

please let us know first before you make any decisions. We may accommodate your need.

Make-up policy

If juniors miss the class, we allow one-time make-up that can be

used within a month. Please note that you should book a make-up class in advance due to limited spaces per each class. You can 

choose one of our classes as a make-up class, except the one 

juniors are currently attending.However, if the class is cancelled 

due to bad weather or special occasions like spring break, we will offer you"Wednesday Make-up Class" at 4:30 PM.  

This policy does not apply to non-member programs, such as 

Beginner Group Lesson which has 45-day expiration.

Payment method policy

Please note that we do not accept cash.

We accept debit/credit card for on-line payment and

check/debit/credit card for on-site payment. A fee of $25 will be charged on all checks returned by the bank, plus any bank fees. 

Payment due policy

You can register first and pay later.

However, payment for Junior Group Lesson, Junior On-course Lesson, Junior Individual Lesson, Parent Group Lesson and Beginner Group Lesson should be made by the 1st day of each program, while payments for Parent & me League and Randy Rules should be made within registration dates.

Refund policy

Membership fee is non-refundable.

Junior Group Lesson, Parent Group Lesson and Beginner 

Group Lesson refunds must be requested at least 2 days

prior to the first lesson date.

($10 cancellation fee will be deducted)

Junior On-course Lesson, Individual Lesson and Randy 

Rules refunds must be requested at least 2 days prior to the lesson or lecture day.

Parent&me League refund must be requested at least 5 days prior to the league day.

Requests for refunds can be made via Modify Now.

Change policy

Any schedule changes for Junior On-course Lesson and Individual Lesson must be requested at least 2 days prior to the lesson day.

Requests for changes can be made via Modify Now.

Suspend policy

If a junior is unable to continue in a class after the lesson has begun due to personal matters, he/she is able to obtain a credit that can be used to retake the lesson within 3 months. This policy does not apply to non-member program, such as Beginner Group Lesson.

Requests for suspensions can be made via Modify Now.
