Career Opportunity

Randy Chang Junior Golf School runs 2 career programs including a coach program and an internship program.

Coach program

We welcome teaching professionals to apply for an assistant coach position.

We are looking for those who are,

Specialized in golf teaching
Energetic and patient with juniors
Having a good communication skill
Golf college graduates preferred
PGA Apprentice/TPI certified candidates preferred

Eligible candidates should finish 1-month training to be the assistant coach for our Junior Group Lessons.

Benefits for the assistant coaches include:

$13 per hour after 1-month training
Lessons by Randy Chang, PGA
Learning Randy Chang's teaching philosophy
Playing & practice privilege at Journey
Uniforms and name tag provided
Private lesson opportunity after 12 months

Internship program

Our internship program is targeting those who are interested in building junior teaching experience in a short period. Interns will participate in group lessons as a supporting role for coaches mainly for Junior Group Lessons.
